1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Returns are accepted only for:
  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect product received
  • Missing items in the order

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

3. Return Process

  • Provide:
  • Order details
  • Reason for return
  • Clear images (in case of damage/defect)
  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), bank details will be requested for refund processing.

5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are offered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to availability.
  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs are:
  • Covered if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Customer’s responsibility for all other cases

7. Important Notes

  • Unboxing videos may be required for claims related to damage or missing items.
  • Requests raised after the return window may not be accepted.
