1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Returns are accepted only for:
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect product received
- Missing items in the order
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened products
- Customized or personalized items
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
3. Return Process

- Provide:
- Order details
- Reason for return
- Clear images (in case of damage/defect)
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), bank details will be requested for refund processing.
5. Replacement Policy
- Replacements are offered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to availability.
- If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
6. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping costs are:
- Covered if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Customer’s responsibility for all other cases
7. Important Notes
- Unboxing videos may be required for claims related to damage or missing items.
- Requests raised after the return window may not be accepted.
